Transformed a declining, publicly traded hardware company into a rapidly growing Gartner Magic Quadrant software company
Jump started and operationalized a Series B, venture-backed, scale-up software company, resulting in a strategic exit
13 years serving on for-profit boards, public and private
20 years of Fortune 200 experience gaining deep functional expertise in strategy development, building winning teams and a results-oriented culture, product development, creating new revenue streams, improving service delivery models, and driving operational excellence.

When he isn’t working with clients, Sherman is blessed with an amazing family and loves spending time with them. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves getting on the water and hitting the trails.
